Tenant Leadership Training (test)

The Tenant Leadership Training Program (TLT) is a seven-week skills building training series which provides formerly homeless tenants living in supportive housing with the skills they need to organize their communities. Each year, the MHA-SF and the Supportive Housing Network partner to train 25 formerly homeless individuals with disabilities living in supportive housing.

The goal of the TLT is to equip tenant leaders with the skills to improve conditions in their housing sites, to build effective tenant associations, and to work with their building staff to foster a safe and healthy living environment that promotes housing retention and community building for all residents.
